Corgi 447
Corgi 447 Wall's Ice Cream Van. Very near mint/boxed, with both figures, Instructions, sheet of stickers & original packing card. From the personal collection of a professional TV & Film Set Designer.
Notes
Issued between 1965-67, this sought-after Corgi Ford Thames Ice Cream Van has a shining, original blue and cream finish with suspension on shaped spun wheels:
In beautiful, very close to mint condition, with a sheet of labels ready to be applied.
Couple of tiny marks to the paint. Ever so slight ‘misting’ to the sliding windows at the rear sides. The sealed unit of the cab which may often have ‘fogged’ windows is notably clear.
Included is the pictorial card plinth which is crisp and strongly-coloured with all four push-out tabs at the wheel slots still in place. Small crumple – otherwise hard to fault. Both figures of the ice cream seller and boy are present. Card packing piece which fits in the base of the plinth and adds strength is still present.
The pictorial card box is complete, if a touch grubby now with a slight sunfaded area to an end flap.
Original packing card piece is still present. Instruction Sheet /Corgi Club Membership Form included.
