Notes
This attractive Dinky commercial truck was issued in several different colour finishes between 1952-54, when it was renumbered 932 and also 418.
This particular version is the most difficult to find in two-tone blue with yellow wheels (most common version has cream wheels).
This model presents well with a pleasing sheen. Occasional small retouch to the deep blue paint on the cab (hard to see). Lighter blue back is in all original condition with a few little light rubs due to rough casting. Note that two of the original light grey radial tyres have a light flat spot.
The blue box with paper label is intact with no splits. Minor age grubbiness/light handling wear and rustiness at the staples. Few little edge nibbles to the paper label at short lid ends. Box base has a deeper hue suggesting that the two parts of the box did not start life together. No graffiti.
