Notes
Re-numbered from 39B in 1960, this fine French Dinky model has a sand beige tractor and trailer, matching metal wheels and a white roof rack. Four metal pins on the trailer are still in place. Complete load of six plastic pipes. Two spare wheels, window glazing. Early issue with pierced trailer detail (later issue was solid).
Couple of tiny marks only – if you search for them!
The attractive pictorial striped ‘Supertoys’ box is complete and intact, with no repairs. Dinky Quality Control Stamp ‘Meccano Controle’ on the inside of the box lid. Some age/handling wear and a small scuff to the lid. Remains of a price label on one lid side.
