Notes
This impressive and eye-catching Dinky Supertoy model was issued during 1954-57 and displays superbly with a fresh and gleaming orange and green paint finish throughout. This 2nd type model has such a fine lustre and displays well!
Rivetted issue:
Barely a mark to the paint finish (usual scuff on the tow hook). Minute examination finds a few tiny wheel arch touch-ins and a very small dab or two on the rear back edge of the roof.
The striped, ‘Dinky Supertoys’ box is a wonderful example with barely any wear at all. Comes with its little dark blue card packing piece too. No loss of colour vibrancy – even the box base is an especially strong, deep blue with minimal wear.
