This particular example had a fresh original sky blue finish with white opening doors, white paper labels with blue POLICE lettering, silver spoked detailed Speedwheels. Chrome base ( minor pitting).
Colourful and clean card and cellophane box, unpunched header card shows minimal handling. Note the tear to the cellophane window caused during storage.
