Notes
Issued between 1957-60 with a dark metallic green finish, black roof and grey baseplate with bulge. Originally Corgi intended to issue as a mechanical version (hence the bulge) but this was never issued. This is not a mechanical version but has the baseplate that would have been used if such a model were produced. An interesting issue therefore.
Flat spun wheels.
Light roof rub.
The early powder-blue picture box is bright, clean, fresh and complete. Small handling crease on an end flap. Period pencilled price. Promotional booklet is included.
