French Dinky 24V
French Dinky 24V Buick Roadmaster. Near mint plus/boxed. Scarce 2nd type in butter yellow, dark green. From The Cumbrian Collection.
Notes
Issued in various colour finishes between 1954-59 before its brief re-numbering to 538. This is one of the most difficult of the 2nd type versions to find – model is finished in butter lemon-yellow with a deep green roof, silver trim, shiny convex hubs, white tyres. Pleasing lustre:
Shiny base and smooth-running white tyres.
Chip at a front bumper and a small chip nearby on the headlight. Mere dot or two besides.
Pictorial box is complete, and brightly-coloured, with no graffiti. Light age grubbiness. Crisp feel.
