Corgi 333
Corgi 333 Mini Cooper 'S' "SUN-RAC Rally". A very rare version with identical door labels on both sides and in an over-flashed 227 box! Another first for QDT. Very near mint/boxed, with Leaflet. From the 'Exclusively Mini' Collection. Bids are invited on this model - please see the relevant section on our Faq Page. QDT starting bid £250. Please note that QDT apply 10% buyer's commission, with a ceiling of £100.
Notes
One of the most sought-after Corgi rally models! An especially rare find with identical transfers on both doors and in the over-flashed 227 box (nearly always found in an over-flashed 225 box).
Gleaming, all original red and white finish, with complete door transfers, very close to complete front and rear transfers. Suspension on shaped spun wheels, jewelled head and spot lights. Fine original tyres.
Paint finish is virtually mint.
This rally car is a rare find in the 227 over-flashed box which, fortunately, has been opened at one end only, leaving the over-flash label intact. The over-sticker is bright and fresh with no ruffling at the end of the sticker either. Lightly-pencilled period price at one end and a crease at the section covering the opening end flap.
With Leaflet:

A delightful and scarce model!
