Nicky 113
Nicky/Dinky Toys 113 MGB Sports. Lighter metallic red issue. Later issue with one-piece wheels & tyres. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce. From The Cumbrian Collection.
Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very near mint example finished in a rich lighter metallic red, including the interior, with original silver details, driver, steering wheel, and intact screen. Later issue with one-piece wheels and tyres.
A pleasing MGB model.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) complete, clean and bright . Light wear includes a crease on a non-picture side.
