Issued between 1954-60 in various colour combinations, this example is attractively finished in a lustrous reddish-maroon with a tan tinplate canopy and red cast wheels.
Early issue marking the change in 1954 from the early numbering 30S to 413.
Bright baseplate.Smooth original tyres are well-shaped.
Small mark to the paint finish at the back of the roof and a little scratch on the tinplate canopy. Couple of tiny marks besides.
The dual-numbered box is complete with all end flaps (minor start of a tear to one). A little age grubbiness and handling wear. Shopkeeper’s pencilled price at an end flap. Correct colour spot.
