Notes

This 1st issue example is in all original, close to mint condition. Lovely and unmistakeable silky matt paint finish (few of these have survived, most were gloss finish).

A few little chips head-on and note that suspension is no longer present on 3 wheels (common fault – and the model does not sag to one side, so for display purposes, it is not an issue). The car sits fine and straight. Vivid blue screens, both seated figures of Batman and Robin, bright chrome to launching tubes and cockpit, vivid Bathubs and Bat logos on both sides. Intact aerial. Pulsating flame, chain cutter and rocket launchers have been tested and work well.
Card inner is very bright and clean with vivid day-one bright artwork. Card is crisp and displays extremely well.

Still present is the original card packing piece which slides into the plinth base.
Notably, there are no wheel slot tears!
The Secret Instruction Packet has been opened carefully. Small stain and minor age discolouration. It contains all the original accessories: Instructions, a full sprue of fluorescent red rockets and badge. Additional Features Slip is included.
The colourfully illustrated outer box is vivid, clean and bright. Crisp and fresh-looking. Hard to find this good. Tiniest wear only.

All packing still present i.e. wrap-around card packing, card ring and the rectangular card piece which fits in the base of the plinth.

A scarce and all-original Corgi iconic item to add to your collection.
