Notes
Issued between 1957-62, this model is in fine original condition in a delicate shade of palest blue-green with a bright red upper section. Flat spun hubs and a black baseplate showing that this model was also available as a mechanical version.
Day-one vivid colours. Couple of mere dots to the paint finish and very light surface marking on the roof ( extremely minor, which may be possible to remove).
For comparison, please note the difference between this example on the left and the light green and scarlet-roofed version, also available from this collector.
The early pictorial box is complete, strongly coloured with a crisp feel. Little age grubbiness and a penned price at an end flap. Early Corgi Club Membership Form and Promotional Booklet included.
