Dinky 216
Original promotional Dinky Stand for Dinky 216 Dino Ferrari.Very near mint. A rare display item from The Monty Calme Collection.
Notes
Such an eye-catching card display stand! Used at the original toy shows or sent to large Dinky stockists at the time, this promotional display piece was issued during 1967 to coincide with the model release. This free-standing card stand has space to display one of the Ferrari models on its card plinth and measures 51cms at its widest point, height 32cms approx., depth 20 cms (at its maximum point).
Minor storage wear only – a little scuff at the front edge and light wear besides. No tears or repairs. No loss of colour vibrancy either.
Only the second ( and the better of the two) we have handled, this large and colourful display stand is a rare find and a remarkable survivor.
