Originally purchased by the owner from a collector who enjoyed touring toy shops in the mid 60’s & early ’70’s buying models that appealed to him. If he could find a bargain then he would buy multiple examples of the same item. His collection comprises Dinky, Corgi and several Spot-On models.
More usually found in metallic purple, this fine Capri has a distinctive deep metallic turquoise finish, orange-yellow interior, bright jewelled headlights, front and rear ‘H’ number plates. Difficult to find version especially with cast wheels. Bright chrome base and fittings.
A mere dot or two to the paint finish.
The early card box is bright, clean and complete. Lightest wear only.
