Notes
First issue in vivid green and yellow finish, red diecast hubs, green band above the radiator. This is a sought-after Dinky commercial truck and an eye-catching example on display.
Retaining its day one lustre, bright metal parts and 20 mph label toward the rear.
Presents so well:
Shiny base. Well-shaped original tyres.
Closest inspection reveals a few little retouches mostly at wheel arches. Note the rusty bolt fixing.
The striped Supertoys box is very bright, and fresh. Clean with barely any wear! None of the usual shelf rubbing to the deep blue base underside. No splits or graffiti. Very nice! Dated March 1956 from the Dinky stamp inside the lid. Rusting at staples. Tiny wear besides
