This classic Dinky Foden comes in a shining, all original green finish with all chain posts intact and original chain. Black tyres and dimpled chain post bosses.
So often, to our dismay, these high profile Dinky commercials, have little touch-ins – we are so pleased to say that this example is in totally original, honest condition!

Small tarnished area on the base.

Note that three of the wheels have a ‘bloomed’ spot which can occur over time during storage appearing as lighter patches. Note too that one of the rear chain posts has a little bend – we know that some collectors are able to straighten them, but frankly we have never tried, fearing that it may snap.
Complete with spare wheel on the underside and 20 mph sticker is intact at a wheel arch.
Bright metal parts, undimmed silver trim, supple, well-shaped tyres.
Just one little mark at a wheel arch and a couple of negligible marks besides. Obviously unused and stored away for decades!
The striped Supertoys box is clean and strongly-coloured. Light wear only – no splits or repairs. Export Hudson Dobson label is complete and bright. Area of surface loss on the base underside. Vibrant unfaded colours throughout and that includes the section not covered by the base.
