Notes

We are very pleased to be able to offer this scarce red and pale grey Foden Lorry with a rivet fixing (earlier issues had a bolt fixing). This is the last issue with red plastic wheels.

Rounded chain post bosses and a bright fresh baseplate:

A couple of little marks as usual at a few wheel arches and a couple of small marks besides. Careful scrutiny finds the occasional touch-in (some wheel arches and a part touch-in at the back of the cab roof). All chain posts are straight and the chain is original. None of the usual marking to the chain post tops – still an impressive Dinky truck on display!

The box is clean, complete and (for the most part) brightly-coloured. Note the sun-fading to the dark blue lower section of the base not covered by the lid. Storage crumple at on end and a couple of part-punctures to the lid. Scribble in pen over prices at a lid end. Very small seam tear and wear besides. Shiny staples.
