Notes
Signed letter extract from Marcel Van Cleemput (Chief designer for Corgi):
“The 1964 proposed Monte Carlo Mini was taken by myself to a rally to be signed by PADDY HOPKIRK & HENRY LIDDON. It was intended as a limited edition model in the range but the idea subsequently dropped. So your model is of a very limited range of 1”.
In near mint, authentic condition with some rubbing/wear to roof. Complete front and rear transfers. Complete racing numbers, save for a couple of tiny nicks to one. Jewelled headlights, Shaped spun wheels with suspension. Spotlight on the roof has minor rubbing.
