Issued in limited numbers, this version in violet blue and deep yellow with light blue wheels, and grey radial tyres is a scarce item and a very difficult find in this condition. All original and authentic throughout with a pleasing lustre to the paint finish.
One of the best examples you will find.

Looking at the model critically, you will notice a lightly ‘speckled’ quality in places to the blue finish. Occasional little marks at some wheel arches and a little mark at exposed rear corner edge of the tailboard.
The original grey radial tyres are well-shaped. Spare stowed. 20 mph label is in place. Original bolt fixing. All metal parts are shiny.
The fresh and bright striped Supertoys box is clean and complete with no graffiti or splits. Correct colour spot at the box lid end. Dinky stamp inside the box lid dates this example from July 1956. Little corner scuff to the lid. Minor age wear.
