This enchanting pre-war 3 part set comprises:
1) 35a Saloon Car. Vivid red original finish is near mint. Silver trim. Original white rubber wheels have some age fatigue now. Some chipping head-on and a small casting mark on the roof.
2) 35b Racer in silver with green trim. Original early rubber tyres have retained their shape. Correct that this early issue has no driver. Few light fatigue marks and a large portion of the original silver paint remains.
3) 35c MG Sports Car, in yellow with silver trim. Original early rubber tyres have retained their shape. Light crazing/fatigue in places and some paint chipping, commensurate with age.
The distinctive card box is a real find in this condition. Vibrant colours and an intact scenic backdrop for the models. Card is sound and showing just minor grubbiness. Note that two small side flaps are missing now ( easily overlooked). Red crayon mark at one short end of the box.
