N195
Nicky/Dinky Toys 195 Jaguar. Metallic blue version. Very near mint/unboxed. Scarce. From The Eric Slager Collection.
Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in a distinctive metallic blue shade with original silver details, off-white interior, driver, steering wheel, and window glazing. Shiny spun wheels and fine original treaded tyres.
Couple of tiny marks only. Shiny black base with ‘Dinky Toys’ and ‘Jaguar 3.4 Litre’ imprint visible.
