This is one of the small range of Dublo Dinky models manufactured between 1958-64, in a scale of 1:76 so that they would be ideally suited for a 00 model railway layout.
Typically one of the most difficult models from the Dublo range to find, this AEC Mercury Tanker is in near mint condition with a vibrant original red and green finish (no sunfading!) and complete detailed transfers at the sides (tiny wear).
This version has grey plastic knobbly wheels. Window glazing.
Occasional tiny mark to the paint finish and note the red super-detailing above the radiator grille and at door handles.
The red and yellow non-picture box is fresh, clean and bright. Light handling wear/creasing and a tiny tear at an end flap.
