Notes
A delightful Dinky Gift Set issued between 1946-54, it comprises four Dinky 2b Sheep, 1 Dinky 6a Shepherd, and 1 Dinky 6b Collie Dog – all still strung to the dark green base.
Occasional mere dot to the paint finish if you want to find fault.
The box is strongly-coloured and clean .
Remains of the old sellotape which kept the box lid closed still remain. Lighter green paper label is clean (tiny nibble at one end). Period price is written in pencil. Underside of box base has storage marking and a small area of surface loss.
