Notes
Issued between 1964-73, this early version has a vibrant all-yellow finish, detailed early style A.A. logos and a bright blue interior, bright spun wheels and a black baseplate.
Patrol Service labels and early AA logos are complete on both sides. Complete Patrol Service sign on the roof and notably complete at the opening rear doors too.
Very close scrutiny under strong light reveals a few subtle retouches. Note too that one of the pegs securing the roof sign is now loose inside the cab. However, the sign is firmly in place.
The bright and clean, red and yellow picture box is complete, fresh and strongly coloured, with an intact serrated strip. Pencilled number at an end flap. .Very minor wear only. Nice to see the little card packing ring is still present!
