Notes
Issued between 1970-75, this pairing comprises:
1) Porsche Targa Police Car ‘POLIZEI’ with a fresh and bright, distinctive, red and white finish, black roof, intact luminous ‘POLIZEI’ labels throughout (very minor grubbiness/light wear to the door labels).
Complete with siren and bright blue warning light, jewelled headlights.
One little mark on the front wing, driver’s side.
The red and yellow window box is brightly-coloured with a crisp feel. No tears. Intact original cellophane front. Light wear.
2 Porsche Targa Police Car ‘POLIZEI’ , as above, but a very rare variation with white doors and large paper labels on red with white section and small print ‘POLIZEI’ in red.
Probably a late issue or possibly part of a very small run. First we have ever handled.
Very near mint.
The late issue box has intact cellophane and bright colours. Wear at large end flap tops with a heavy edge ruffle. Couple of very small end flap tears.
