C205
Corgi 205 Riley Pathfinder Saloon. Very near mint/boxed. Very scarce with shaped spun wheels, plain box, and early pink 'Moorgate' Corgi Club Membership Form. From The Monty Calme Collection.
Notes
What a find! This Riley model has a shining bright red finish and shaped spun wheels (usually flat spun), window glazing. A really lovely classic car – obviously unused with just a minor mark at a wheel arch and a dot or two besides ( probably as-made). We have not seen better!
The more unusual plain factory-stamped box is bright and crisp, although it has a couple of light creases. Shopkeeper’s stamp on one surface as well as a price at an end flap. This example comes with the early (and scarce!) pink Corgi Club Membership Form.
