C107
Corgi 107 Batboat. Early 'tin fin' issue. Near mint plus/boxed. From The Monty Calme Collection.
Notes
This is the first, more desirable issue (1967-70) Batboat with a tinplate fin (later issues had a plastic fin). With bright and fresh complete paper labels on both sides, uncracked light blue screens, both seated figures of Batman and Robin and an attractive, beautifully detailed pristine tinplate fin (later issues were plastic). Some chrome loss on the dashboard (common fault). Gold trailer with detailed cast wheels. No chips on the tow hook!
No black towing hook accessory piece with this example.
The card box with atmospheric graphics, is a work of art in itself! Colourful and complete with no tears. Very minor wear (including a little corner crumple).
