Notes
A very fine early example of this classic Dinky model first issued during 1951. All original butterscotch colour finish with cream wheels and early ‘railed baseplate’ with small lettering.
Occasional tiny mark only.
Early examples would not have been boxed individually but sold from a Dinky Trade box. This straw-coloured sturdy trade box has survived very well indeed and comes with an intact vivid Hudson Dobson export label in red. Period pencilled price at one lid end. Small light water stain. Shiny staples. No dividers now.Tape residue.
