D901

Notes
Dinky 501/901 model ( dated 1955 by the Dinky stamp inside the box lid).
A splendid example of this classic Dinky truck with a red cab and chassis, greyish-brown or earth back, grooved red Supertoy hubs. In all original condition throughout, with a fine lustre to the paint finish. Bright baseplate too.
Looks completely unused.
Just a few little marks as you might expect at a couple of wheel arches and a mere dot or two on the roof. Vibrant day-one colours show that this item has been carefully handled and stored.
The striped, dual-numbered Supertoys box looks very fresh too, clean and vividly-coloured. Bright U.S export label on one side of the lid. Note that there is a little paper loss to one side of the deep blue lower half of the box.
