C218
Corgi 218 Aston Martin D.B.4. Very near mint/boxed. Yellow version with flat spun wheels (Corgi wheel stickers applied). Open vent. With model specific Corgi Club Membership Form. From 'The Monty Calme' Corgi Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1961-62, this is the early version of the Aston Martin, with a fresh, shining primrose yellow finish, red interior and bright flat spun wheels with suspension (original owner has added the Corgi accessory stickers to the wheels, which can be removed if desired). Open vent on the bonnet on these early issues.
A very attractive example in all original conditionNote the small amount of paint bubbling on the driver’s door (as-made).
The box is crisp, bright, clean and complete. Little age/handling wear. Shopkeeper’s pencilled price at an end flap. Comes with the original sheet of wheel stickers (now with only 2 remaining of course) as well as the model specific Corgi Club Membership Form which includes a note on the stickers.
