Notes
A sought-after Corgi model; this is the earliest version of the Thrushbuster in deep purplish-blue, with metal spotlights. This Oldsmobile model has a complete original paper label on the bonnet. Minor age transparency on the label.
Model functions perfectly.
Little casting mark on the passenger door. Few tiny rubs besides.
The original Waverley ring is included – very bright and fresh too, with minimal rubbing at the sides caused by contact with the card plinth.
The colourful card plinth is clean and bright, with just a little wear on one wheel slot and at the place where the ring is secured. Minor handling wear only.
The outer box is clean and bright. Note that one of the large end flaps has a piece of tape on the inside in order to give it extra strength.
Period price at an end flap. Packing ring which fits over the top of the roof button is included, along with the wrap-around packing piece and Corgi Club Membership Form:
