A scarce and quite beautiful early Dinky commercial Foden! An outstanding example of this 1st type Foden in all original condition in the correct early box.
With a gleaming deep green original finish, bright baseplate, silver flash, 1st type cab, no hook, and beautifully preserved supple herringbone tyres. This truck has been carefully stored for some fifty+ years – certainly never played-with!
Few tiny dots only. Intact 20 mph transfer is still in place at the rear wheel arch.
The corrrect early buff card box is sturdy with minimal wear. Complete and deeply-coloured paper label. Shiny staples too. Minor age wear/grubbiness only. Meccano quality control stamp on the box base underside. Correct colour spot.
