Notes

What a fine Dinky model this is – and surely one of the nicest to come out of the French Dinky factory. This version was produced between 1954-59, before its re-numbering to FD575 in 1959. A beautiful and unused example with a sleek deep blue finish and concave wheels. Perfect eye-catching logo and lettering on both sides. Do note that this scarce version has the first letter in each word in blue-green. Green background to the map is darker too. Shiniest metal parts (including the axle ends). Smooth supple original tyres, with spare stowed.

Note the tiny casting hole at a front wheel (as-made). Silvered door handle details. Couple of little marks on the tin tilt.
Nice original lustre throughout makes this an impressive display piece. Obviously unused.
The box is complete and vividly-coloured. A little minor age/handling wear and grubbiness. No graffiti. Little partial puncture at a small end flap (caused by model contact).
