Rare to come to the market place, this is the seldom seen * last issue with red plastic wheels and paper labels at the sides*.

The finish is vibrant with no trace of sunfading. The tinplate tanker is undented, ladder and manhole covers are intact. The original paper labels at the sides (usual version has transfers) are bright and complete. Little edge wear but no parts missing. Rear transfer has a few small marks. Red plastic wheels are intact and the tyres are fine. Baseplate and metal parts generally are shiny.
Some small marks to the paint finish may be found, and under closest scrutiny there are a few little retouches.
The striped Supertoys box is complete and bright, if a little worn now with rubbing and rusty staples. No graffiti.
