Dinky 561
Dinky 561 Blaw Knox Bulldozer. Near mint/boxed with packing. More difficult find in blue box with paper label with ORANGE & WHITE PAPER LABEL AT THE SIDES WITH MODEL NUMBER PRINTED. Informative Label in yellow. Lovely box!
Notes
We are very pleased to offer the early issue version of this Bulldozer made between 1949-54.
The model is in all original condition with a fine lustre to the paint finish and a little marking at some exposed edges. . Complete with the familiar fawn driver figure and intact smoothly running original tracks (colour is a little uneven on the tracks now).
Mechanism for raising and lowering the blade works well.
Bright baseplate (minor ‘spidering’) and metal parts, both chimney and air intake are present.
The very fresh-looking, mid-blue card box has a complete picture label. Minor age/handling wear only. Note that this version with the orange and white colours at the sides of the lid with Dinky number printed is a more difficult find. Complete informative yellow label.
Inner card packing piece is present too.
A little wear.
A tempting early Dinky model. Not an easy find.
