Notes
A charming early Corgi commercial model made between 1956-60. In all original condition with a gleaming bright ‘pillar box’ red finish, flat spun wheels. Fine original tyres. Perfect ‘KLG’ label on one side, the other side has a little nick and a couple of tiny dots. Motorised function on this model has been tested and works perfectly. This van has an exceptionally fine, lustrous finish!
A little chip on the roof and a smaller mark or two besides.
The early deep blue picture box has (unusually) vibrant colours and a very crisp feel. Hard to find these early boxes, this good. No tears or rubbing. Minor age wear only, including a small light stain. Period price is pencilled at an end flap.
