Notes
One of the trio of t.v./broadcasting vehicles made between 1959-65.
This B.B.C. truck is in all original condition with a deep green and pale grey finish. This model comes complete with the detachable aerial (often they seem to go astray). Camera man on the roof swivels. This version has white BBC lettering on the camera. Complete detailed crest transfers on both sides of the van.
A few little marks at some exposed edges etc. Note the addition of period accessories (tax disc etc.) which were available at the time.
The striped Supertoys box is bright, clean and looks barley handled. Rusty staples. Pencilled shopkeeper’s price on a lid end. Two card packing pieces are included.
Precisely dated from 1959 (Dinky stamp inside the box lid).
