C270
Corgi 270 James Bond Aston Martin. Very, very near mint/boxed with all accessories. Rarest box version (wear). From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
The hardest to find box version of this popular James Bond Aston Martin. Issued during 1973 only in this slim blue and yellow window box.
THis James Bond DB5 has a silky metallic silver finish, fully-functioning. Ejector seat mechanism (functions properly), revolving number plates, retractable machine guns, tyre slasher blades, telescopic over-riders – this car is literally loaded with features!
The silver paint finish is all original and in virtually mint condition. Note the bright gold radiator. Rear bullet screen. Detailed spoked wheels with slasher blades. Suspension is present on all wheels.
The eagle-eyed may spot a (probably as-made) dot or two and there are already number plates applied (although a full sheet of number plates are also included).
The Instruction Packet has been opened and inside there are the Secret Instructions, badge, and a complete and unused sheet of number plates. Additional spare villain, too.
All original!
The scarce blue and yellow window box is complete, vividly-coloured, with original cellophane ‘window’ (small split). Some age/handling wear now, however (end flap edge ruffling and a little age grubbiness). No tears or graffiti.
