C312
Corgi 312 'E' Type Jaguar Competition Model. Very, very near mint/boxed, with packing ring. Lovely box too. From a large, stunning diverse collection with many items in old shop stock condition.
Notes
From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
A striking Corgi model issued between 1964-68 with a silver vacuum plated finish, black interior, intact original windscreen, racing driver, steering wheel. Suspension on detailed spoked wheels. Original tyres are well-shaped and run easily.
A nice, completely unused example which has a minute scratch just about visible under exacting scrutiny. Intact bonnet stripe. Racing number 2 is complete on the bonnet and boot.
The box is extremely crisp, clean with day-one bright colours. Period price label at an end flap. Complete with the packing ring and Corgi Club Membership Form.
Very nice!
