D156
Dinky 156 Rover 75 Saloon. Mid-blue and cream. Large print baseplate. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce. From an extensive private collection in the U.K.
Notes
This most eye-catching Rover Saloon has a lustrous, virtually flawless mid-blue and cream finish. Issued between 1956-59.
Note that this example has the large print and 156 on the baseplate.
As fine an example as you will find. Just a little factory smudge on the passenger door. In all original condition.
An outstanding display piece.
The pictorial box shows is a fitting partner with bright clean colours on crisp card. Correct two-colour spot at the end flaps.
A wonderful classic Dinky model; two-tone cars from this period in this condition are always highly sought.
