D934
Dinky 934 Leyland Octopus Wagon. Near mint plus/boxed. From a beautiful, single-owner collection, some 25 years in the making.
Notes
First issue in vivid green and yellow finish, red diecast hubs, green band above the radiator. This is a sought-after Dinky commercial truck and an eye-catching example on display.
In all original condition with a such a pleasing lustre!

Just the occasional very small mark at a wheel arch or two and note the little factory touch-in on the roof. A stray light (very small!) dab of factory green paint at the roof has been lightly covered with factory paint. Not a later touch-in. Little front bumper mark and usual little box rub at the tow hook.
The striped Supertoys box is very bright, and fresh. Clean with no splits. Tiny wear only. ‘LF’ label in place at a lid end. Note the period penned pricing and card ruffle at this lid end.
It is so refreshing to find these ‘fresh to market’ pieces that have not fallen prey to later retouching or repainting.
