Notes
From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
Issued between 1964-67, this fine Corgi car has a distinctive original metallic crimson finish with working windscreen wipers. Several shades of this model exist – ranging from deep maroon to crimson red shade.
Notably complete with an intact bonnet emblem. Plated fittings are unrubbed, just one of the usual assembly marks at a wheel arch( and an extremely faint small roof rub. Suspension on shaped spun wheels. Original treaded tyres (2 very minor flat spots) .
The box is in shop-fresh condition. Original (U.S.) price label at an end flap.
Comes complete with the Instruction Leaflet.
