A small number of these dealer promotional models were made during 1981. This is a stunning BMW model finished in vacuum gold-plated finish.
Opening hinged back reveals the detailed engine.

Just a few tiny rubs, probably as-made. Both fixing clips which hold the car securely on its box base are present.
The outer box is complete and bright with original cellophane ‘window’ (2 tiny punctures). Minor wear only. Comes with a close to pristine inner card stand.
Fine example of a scarce promotional model in eye-catching gold-plated finish.
