Notes
This collector wanted only the best examples in his collection – painstakingly upgrading until he had the best examples he could find. After over 25 years, he has now decided to part with items from his own extensive collection.
This is one of them.
Issued between 1957-60, this eye-catching classic Dinky car has an original lemon finish, with a bright green interior – scarce with spun wheels. Bright baseplate, intact original windscreen. Original driver.
Such an attractive display piece:
Note one of the original smooth tyres has subtle light crazing in one small area and the slightest suggestion of a flat spot.
Mere negligible dot or two to the paint finish. One of the best we have seen.
Presented in the deeper yellow picture box with a yellow colour spot at an end flap.Complete, bright tear-free box with no graffiti. Very minor age wear only.
One of the most eye-catching Dinky sports cars.
