From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
Issued between 1970-72, this Ford Capri from Corgi is always popular with collectors. A crisp black and white finish and complete racing numbers throughout (a little age transparency now). Jewelled headlights. Looks completely unused.
A few mere dots on this most unforgiving of colour finishes.
No Instruction Leaflet. Unapplied labels still on the backing sheet are included.
The cellophane-fronted box looks like old shop stock. Intact original cellophane. Day-one colours on such crisp card. Period price label. on the cellophane and at an end flap.
