FD33C
French Dinky 33C Simca Glazier's Truck. Very near mint/boxed. From The Heart of England Collection.
Notes
Early issue (re-numbered 579 in 1959), in unused condition, complete with both glazier pieces stowed. Both the ‘Saint Gobain’ and , the ‘Miroitier’ transfers are complete.
The pale grey and deep green paint finish is virtually unmarked – not even the usual rubbing to the ribbing on the cab roof! No chips to the cab head-on, or at wheel arches – obviously an unplayed with example that has spent the last 50 years in its box!Minor marking to the ‘mirror’ stowed.
Very fresh, clean and bright baseplate too! Smooth original tyres run well.
The box is very complete, if a touch grubby in places. Three minor end flap tears. Small corner scuff. Tiny ‘compass point’ puncture.
