D176
Dinky 176 Austin A105 Saloon. Near mint/boxed. Scarce version in cream with mid-blue roof and blue flash, spun wheels. From The Harrogate Collection
Notes
This scarce version has a cream finish with a mid blue roof and flash at the sides, spun hubs. Interestingly, the Austin A105 was the first Dinky car to be made with window glazing!
This example is in close to mint condition with a couple of marks at the front bumpers. Mark at two door handles. Few mere dots besides. Original white tyres are clean with ‘M’ stamped. A very attractive display piece.
The yellow picture box is bright with the correct two-tone colour spot at the end flaps. Creasing and minor wear. Flaps at one end have been re-inforced with tape on the inside (couple of starts of tears).
