Notes
This classic Dinky car was issued between 1959-60. 2nd issue with front cast number plate. Presents well.
Carefully handled and stored, with a wonderfully vibrant lustre, shining wheels and baseplate. ‘Prov. Pat. Nos.1165./59 1026/59’ on baseplate. As-new ‘M’ stamped treaded tyres.
Just a couple of little marks on the roof and a few negligible dots besides (visible under close scrutiny).
Correct 2nd issue paler yellow pictorial box is clean, brightly-coloured and complete with the correct colour spot. Small discreet repair to on end flap and a little handling wear. Pencilled numbering on the top surface.
