Issued during 1954-66, this particular example has a fresh, gleaming pale yellow paint finish and comes complete with the familiar driver in his pale brown workman’s garb!
In fresh, shining bright all original condition. Early issue with metal wheels. :
Just a few minor marks away from mint. A nicely-constructed toy; the driver can be made to swivel with his seat, and the dumper tips. Tow hook and red painted hubs. No sunfading. Bright baseplate. These dumper trucks are so often found with many chips.
The striped Supertoys box is brightly -coloured and complete with no splits or tears. Minor age/handling wear. Rusty staples. ‘LF’ sticker still in place at lid end. Shopkeeper’s period price is written on the lid.
Dinky stamp inside the lid dates this particular example from 1956.
