C207
Corgi 207 Standard Vanguard III Saloon. Very pale blue-green & red. Near mint plus/boxed. From The Somerset Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1957-62, this model is in fine original condition in a delicate shade of palest blue-green with a bright red upper section. Flat spun hubs and a shiny black gloss baseplate showing that this model was also available as a mechanical version.
Nice to see that this example does not have a roof rub! Day-one vivid colours too. Just a little marking at the rear lights and a couple of tiny marks at the side body lines. Couple of pin prick dots on the roof.
The early pictorial box is complete, strongly coloured with all end flaps intact. Crisp feel to the carefully handled card. Residue from an old label at an end flap (no surface loss) . No graffiti. Very minor handling wear besides.
